The 2013-2014 major circuit all-age competition has all but wrapped up, the “dust of the season” having settled, and standing in the winner’s circle is Steve Hurdle, who earned 2717 points to take the Purina All-Age Handler of the Year Award. The names of 43 handlers are shown in the accompanying points roster, and Steve Hurdle’s is at the top of this formidable lineup of bird dog handlers.

This is the third Handler of the Year Award for Steve Hurdle, having won the honor on two previous occasions — for the 2007-2008 and 2009-2010 seasons.
